BUSINESS PROGRAMS
We take a hands on, community approach to helping women of color entrepreneurs build a strong business foundation and establish the infrastructure necessary to grow and scale.
Our Signature Programs
One of the greatest challenges women of color business owners face is access to capital. According to the Federal Reserve Bank, US minority business owners are significantly less likely to get all of the funding they apply for. Specifically, 19% of Hispanic-owned businesses, 16% of Black-owned, and 15% of Asian-owned, compared to 35% of white owned businesses. In 2022, Women-founded teams received 1.9 percent of venture capital funds, and only 0.1 percent of venture funds went to Black and Latina women founders.
Our programs help women of color get in the ring prepared to fight for what they need to build the companies we need!
